Product names, descriptions, and images are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice. Where a compound name is presented in coded form (for example "RT-GLP3"), this reflects the compound Clarus Molecular actually supplies; product pages describe the underlying research area, not a therapeutic use.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Prices may change at any time without notice; the price shown when your order is submitted applies. We accept two payment methods — DuitNow and USDT (TRC20) — and a percentage adjustment may apply depending on the method you choose; any adjustment is shown before you complete your order.

5. How Orders Work

This Website does not process payment. At checkout you choose your delivery region and preferred payment method (DuitNow or USDT), and completing checkout generates an order summary sent to Clarus Molecular via WhatsApp or Telegram (your choice). Payment account details are then shared with you directly, and payment is arranged between you and Clarus Molecular outside the Website. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and acknowledged.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be cancelled or changed before they are processed for shipping — contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

7. Shipping and Delivery

8. Returns and Refunds
