Everything we supply is for laboratory and research use only. That does not change with order size, and it is worth being direct about what it means: our products are not registered with the NPRA or any other authority, they have not been assessed for use in humans or animals, and nothing we provide constitutes medical guidance. If your intended use falls outside research, we are not the right supplier.

What volume supply adds

• Batch documentation as standard. A certificate of analysis from an independent laboratory for the batch you receive, on every order rather than on request.
• Local dispatch. Stock is held and shipped from Malaysia, so repeat orders arrive in days and do not depend on an international shipment clearing customs.
• Volume pricing. Quoted per compound and per quantity — tell us what you need and over what period.
• Continuity of supply. Where you need the same compound repeatedly, we will tell you honestly what we can hold and what we cannot.
• A named contact. One person, reachable on WhatsApp or Telegram, rather than a general enquiries queue.
