About Kisspeptin
Kisspeptin is the endogenous product of the KISS1 gene, studied as the master upstream regulator of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis: it binds the GPR54/KISS1R receptor on GnRH neurons, triggering the pulsatile GnRH release that in turn drives pituitary LH and FSH secretion. In human dosing studies this cascade is what most research interest in this vial centers on — kisspeptin administration has been shown to significantly raise circulating LH and testosterone, making it one of the most directly cited compounds in male reproductive-endocrine research. This vial ships lyophilised for reconstitution, strictly for laboratory and research use.

What this compound has not been shown to do
The cited studies gave kisspeptin intravenously, as a bolus or timed infusion, under continuous clinical monitoring — that is a different context from self-administered subcutaneous research use, and the literature does not speak to outcomes outside it. Continuous, non-pulsatile exposure has also been shown to desensitise the GPR54 receptor, which is a variable most vial-and-syringe protocols have no way to control for. We'd rather you know that going in.

Never freeze a reconstituted vial — a frozen solution is spoiled.
Reconstitution
- Let the vial reach room temperature before opening — cold glass pulls condensation.
- Swab the stopper. Use bacteriostatic water, or acetic acid where the compound calls for it.
- Run the solvent slowly down the inside wall, never onto the powder.
- Swirl gently. Do not shake — agitation shears the peptide.
- Let it stand 5–10 minutes until fully in solution before drawing.
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C immediately once reconstituted.
- Never freeze it. Below 0 °C the solution is spoiled — discard the vial.
