How to reconstitute, store, and dilute — in one place.

Reconstitution

  1. Let the vial reach room temperature before opening — cold glass pulls condensation.
  2. Swab the stopper. Use bacteriostatic water, or acetic acid where the compound calls for it.
  3. Run the solvent slowly down the inside wall, never onto the powder.
  4. Swirl gently. Do not shake — agitation shears the peptide.
  5. Let it stand 5–10 minutes until fully in solution before drawing.
  6. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C immediately once reconstituted.
  7. Never freeze it. Below 0 °C the solution is spoiled — discard the vial.

Extra solvent, for compounds that sting

A few compounds are more likely to cause discomfort at the injection site than others. For those specific products we ship 10 mL of bacteriostatic water instead of the usual 2–3 mL, so there's room to dilute further if you'd like to — check the product page for what ships with a given order.

What you do with the extra volume is up to you:

  • Dilute per draw. Draw a little extra solvent into the syringe alongside the reconstituted compound each time, diluting just that dose.
  • Dilute the whole vial. Once the compound is fully dissolved, move all of it into the 10 mL solvent vial — one transfer dilutes every dose from then on, the same way.
  • Use as usual. Draw your normal 2–3 mL into the compound vial and discard the rest of the solvent — the extra volume is optional, never required.
